There’s something about spring and summer that makes me want to wear white all the time. Probably because it looks amazing with a nice tan and bright accessories. I pulled out this lightweight linen white dress from Urban Outfitters to wear to Church on Sunday and to explore more of our town afterwards. After moving to LA, I knew I wanted to find a Church to go to that would feel like home and somewhere that was close by. After going to several in the area throughout the past few months, we finally found one that really felt like a community and one that we could see ourselves going to every Sunday. It’s just one step closer to making this city feel more like home and it makes Sundays something to look forward to. We have the same routine on pretty much most Sundays and that consists of going to Church, grabbing some lunch, and shooting for the blog. We chose to eat at one of our favorite lunch spots called Baja California Fish Tacos and their food is to die for! Hands down the best fish tacos in our area. I had to include a picture of Doug’s fish tacos and my fresh shrimp ceviche;) After that we walked along The Strand in Hermosa Beach, a beach we actually haven’t explored too much of and stopped on the way home to get some fresh flowers for the living room because I’m putting up our living room reveal next week! Most of my outfit inspiration actually comes from the city I live in. Partly because of the weather, but also because the people here seem to be really laid back. It’s so fun to find hidden gems around our neighborhood and find pretty places to shoot at. That’s half the fun of blogging! Since I knew it was going to be a sunny day (when is it not?)
