Topshop has THE BEST selection of shorts right now. I love this brand in particular because the quality is so great. Everything I own from Topshop has lasted years and I still wear religiously. Patterned shorts are the perfect summertime piece because they are such a transition item. Wear them with sandals and a tank for a day at the beach and then a quick change to wedges and a chiffon top, these cute shorts are an eye chatching staple.
