The fact that a few 90’s trends have made their way back into fashion both excites and scares me. I’ll admittedly note that I caved and purchased a pair of birkenstocks a few years back because I thought they were the most comfiest shoes ever, which they were, but their chunkiness definitely didn’t suit my personal style. While there are some trends from the 90’s that I love like darker, mauvey-brown lip colors and off the shoulder dresses, there are some I tend to stay away from. Denim skirts however, are an amazing comeback that I’ve grown very fond of. As you probably know, I loveeee skirts and wear them more than most pieces in my wardrobe so any denim skirt gets an A+ in my book! It was a sign when I spotted this one for $20 online because I knew it would go with most of the shirts in my wardrobe up until fall. I love how it is high waisted and flatters the body with an A-line shape and buttons down the front. It’s the best addition to my skirt collection!
