Soho was one of our favorite neighborhoods to explore in New York and we decided if for some reason we ever had to live in Manhattan, that it would be in Soho hands down. The charming cobblestone streets and the amount of stuff there is to do on Canal Street made this neighborhood perfect to explore for an entire day. This was on the second day of our trip so the crazy storm hadn’t hit yet, so we wore light layerings to combat the chill. I’ve had this tweed blazer from Frenchi in my closet for the last year, but have only actually worn it a few times. I love the look of tweed at the moment because the texture adds a certain element of style to an otherwise ordinary outfit. Paired with a skater skirt and booties, this look can be easily tweaked to fit anyones personal style during Wintertime. I thought I’d include Doug in this post because I loved what he was wearing! His new Michael Kors coat was the perfect piece to bundle up during the cold and his new Penguin shoes are his absolute favorite at the moment.
