It’s rare that I try out a ton of new beauty items, but after wearing the same makeup everyday for what seemed like months I thought it was time to transition my makeup routine to something more updated. I picked up a few products from Ulta and have been so impressed by the quality and wearability that I thought I would share a few of my favorites!

Fiona Stiles Light Illusion Prism Palette: I mentioned and tested this highlighter in this video and I’ve been using it ever since. I like how it’s not too in your face for oily girls like me and gives the most natural dewy effect. It also comes in three different shades for cheeks, cheek bones, and where you would put your bronzer.
Derma E Overnight Peel: If any of you watch my videos, you’ll know I’ve been struggling with texture on my cheeks for the past few months. At first I thought it was due to the amount of mattefying/heavy duty makeup that I was using for all the events leading up to my wedding and then I tried the Derma E range…it’s amazing! This stuff is a bottle of magic I swear. Almost all my texture is gone and my skin has never looked better. It contains 5% alpha hydroxy acids that removes dead surface skin cells and leaves your skin ten times softer.
Derma E Firming Eye Lift: I’ve been looking for a wearable eye cream for a while now and I finally found one that is perfect both at night and underneath makeup. I’ve tried tons of eye creams in the past and they all tend to have a sticky consistency, but this one dries almost instantly and is super moisturizing.
Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse: I’ve been using ACV for years as a toner and have only recently stopped once I got pregnant because I couldn’t stand the smell! If you haven’t smelled it before…it smells like a foot, but it’s totally worth it because it gives your skin a natural peel by exfoliating the top layer. I had to try this hair rinse because I’ve also heard ACV does wonders for hair and it does! I use it when my hair is damp as a detangler/heat styler and it makes it silky soft once blow dried.
It Cosmetics Universal Brow Pencil: I love this brow pencil because of how firm and fine it is! I hate brow pencils that are too thick and you end up looking like you’ve drawn on your eyebrows really strong. This one creates hair like strokes that make them look as natural as possible.
Laura Geller Primer: This primer is perfect at keeping your foundation from moving all day! It dries really quickly and leaves your skin silky smooth for foundation application.
CARGO Water Resistant Blush: I don’t know why this is the first time I’ve tried a water resistant blush because it literally stays put ALL DAY. It’s the perfect shade of pink that compliments any look and is really blendable.
Tarte Eyelash Curler: One of the best eyelash curlers I’ve ever used! It keeps your lashes curled all day long and it totally worth the price. It also comes with a mini size of the Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara, which I’m wanting to buy the full size of now!
It Cosmetics Radiance Fan Brush: I rarely mention brushes because I rotate them so often, but this one is a must for highlighter. I always had a problem with highlighter application because all my brushes were way too big and the highlighter would end up covering my entire cheek! A fan brush is the perfect shape and width to only get your cheekbones where the light would naturally hit.
*A big thank you to Ulta for partnering with me in this post! All products c/o.
