For me dresses and matching separates are the easiest thing to throw together when you don’t want to think too hard about what you’re wearing. These J.O.A. striped separates are perfect for a warm day like last Sunday. I normally wouldn’t wear such a revealing top (aka any crop tops for that matter), but paired with this high waisted skirt, it shows just a sliver of skin that doesn’t reveal too much. The one thing I love about J.O.A. pieces are that they are all so well made. They are always double lined and the fabric is of the highest quality. Each piece I have has stayed in my wardrobe for years while still holding its shape. They are also very feminine, like these wide leg floral pants or textured midi skirt.
If you guys have been watching my vlog channel, they you’ll know Doug and I have been doing very little to prepare for the wedding. I’ve never been the type of girl who has her wedding all planned out since middle school, which is kind of strange considering I’m a girly girl who loves all things feminine. Today my Mom and I are finally sitting down and going over everything that’s suppose to be done within the next few months. Hopefully it won’t be so overwhelming with someone else’s help! The day after we got engaged, I (obviously) went straight to Pinterest and searched for one of those wedding timelines and I was immediately overwhelmed with what needed to be done. I’ll have to be careful not to stress too much and enjoy this time! I’ll let you know how everything progresses and I was thinking of doing a wedding series on my Youtube channel as time goes on!

Love this outfit, and like you say, that it shows a sliver of skin.
