Central Park during wintertime is one of the most magical places. I don’t know if its due to the quietness you experience just for a moment being outside of the busy city or the horse drawn carriages, but there’s something really romantic about it. I’m so happy Doug and I were able to visit New York during this time in our lives. It’s right before we move to a new city and it’s nice to have a relaxing moment before the stress of moving sets in. The whole trip was pretty perfect and this day was just the icing on the cake. The sky scrapers framed by the fall leaves was the perfect backdrop to capture the essence of Central Park during this time. Luckily, this day wasn’t as cold as the others so I could get away with wearing my new favorite H&M knitted sweater and festive Asos scarf. My favorite combination are tights/skinnies and booties at the moment (hence this post) because they are super comfortable to walk in and also keep my feet really warm!
