I find it funny when I choose outfits to feature on my blog mainly because of where I live. I look at all of these fashion bloggers and see them perfectly coordinating their outfits to what the weather should be like and while I want to wear Hunter Rain Boots in the winter and turtlenecks in the fall, I just can’t get away with it. It’s almost always sunny in Los Angeles. I’m not complaining, but it makes it a little hard to transition my wardrobe from season to season when there really is no point since the weather hardly changes. I wasn’t always a fan of shift dresses because depending on the body type, they can make you look like a box, but I’m honestly okay with it if I’m just out shopping or running errands because they are so darn comfortable! On Saturday Doug and I had a typical “admin” day of going grocery shopping, cleaning house, and running errands. For those days while I’d love to wear a baggy top and jeans, it’s getting hotter and hotter and having one piece you can just throw on and go out the door is a lot easier in my opinion.
