Plaid is one of my favorite prints especially for fall. This tunic is long enough to wear with leggings for a more comfortable look (which I LOVE), but I decided to pair it with my favorite jeans (see here), a chunky knitted scarf, and flats as the weather was a bit cooler this weekend. Modcloth has been a long standing favorite for quirky patterns, unique styles, and vintage finds for years. When I first started my blog I wore a ton of Modcloth (like this dress) because I loved the feminine touches each piece has. I especially love their fall collection because of all the rich hues, double lined fabrics, and bold patterns. I recently picked up this plaid dress and this bow blouse for a few easy to grab fall options.
If you can’t tell, I cut my hair!! I wasn’t necessarily planning on it and I had a slight hair disaster as I went to a new hair stylist that I found on Instagram and when I came out of the salon, my hair was a strange, brassy color because it didn’t take to the lightening too well:( So I went back in the next day so they can fix it and it came out even worse! I vlogged all about it here if you’re interested in seeing my hair rant;). I finally decided to die it back brown (with Doug’s help) and I feel so much better about it! Seriously, the grass is always greener! I’ve always wanted highlighted hair and while I had it all throughout college, my hair never grew! I guess I’ve learned my hair lesson!
