Next to dresses rompers are always my go-to piece because you don’t have to think about anything but accessories and you’re out the door. They are such cute all in one pieces and this one reminds me of a red bandana! If I hadn’t worn this star printed chambray romper over the 4th of July, then this one would have been my next choice. I had such an amazing holiday weekend spent with my family and I hope you all did too! My sister and her children flew in from Tennessee and we had a lobster/crab bake in the backyard, which you may have already seen on my snapchat (hayleypaigeee). I grew up cooking and eating lobsters on the beach so my family is pretty used to it, but we had to ease Doug in a little. He had never tried cooked crab before and I must say for a newby seafood eater (minus sushi of course) it can seem a little daunting, but he ended up liking it! We dipped our crab/lobster in garlic butter and it’s divine! We have so many family trips planned that are “California inspired” since my sister no longer lives here (i.e. beach days, mountain trips, eating Mexican food, etc.) so I will definitely be vlogging some of our adventures this month!
