Everything about this outfit screams my personal style. When a close friend saw this dress in my closet she immediately said “Of course this is in your closet.” There’s something so preppy about tartan and this mini dress from BB Dakota is right up my alley for fall. I LOVE shift dresses because for me they can be worn year round and I get a lot of use out of them, however I would generally reserve tartan for the fall/winter seasons. I picked up these suede over the knee boots last week and have been dying to wear them on the blog. Ever since last fall I’ve been lusting after these Stewart Weitzman over the knee boots, but thought the price was a little too steep for boots I’d only wear a handful of times living in Southern California. When I saw these priced under $100 I almost screamed! They are perfect look a-likes and Chinese Laundry always has the most comfortable shoes. I know I’ll be wearing these as much as I can right up until spring!
